Guiding Alsal Construction with engineering expertise, disciplined project delivery, and a commitment to clients across North Texas.
Parwaiz Alam founded Alsal Construction in 2009 and continues to lead the company as President and CEO. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering and brings more than 20 years of experience across the full construction lifecycle.
His background spans planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, building, and finishing. That hands-on knowledge has helped Alsal grow substantially since its first year—supporting turnkey commercial, renovation, and pre-construction work for clients who need reliable delivery.
In 2013, Mr. Alam was recognized for leadership and achievement in the construction industry. He is a member of the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the Associated General Contractors and of Covington Who’s Who.
