Mr. Parwaiz Alam, the President and CEO, founded Alsal Construction in 2009. Alam graduated with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in civil engineering. Overall, he was over 20 years of experience in construction. Throughout the years he has acquired knowledge in planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, building and finishing phases. His experience has led Alsal to grow 4 times since its initial year. Alam was honored in 2013 for his leadership and achievement in the construction industry and profession.
Syed Saddam Rasool Hussaini is a masters graduate from University of Texas at Arlington with major is construction management and a Bachelors in civil engineering from Osmania University, India. He joined Alsal construction in 2015 and has never looked back since then, has a good experience in interior renovations of office building, restaurants and a very good knowledge in construction of medical buildings with state regulations. He has 2+ years of experience in healthcare construction industry.
Sanjana Nalla is an experienced Cost Estimator with a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. With 8+ years of construction industry experience, she has contributed to project budgeting, material quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost forecasting. She is known for her accuracy, analytical skills, and commitment to supporting efficient project planning.
Terry Sexton is a Project Superintendent with a strong background in construction management and field operations. With hands-on experience overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work aligns with project plans and schedules, she is committed to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality results on every project.
