President & CEO

Founder of Alsal Construction (2009). Holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering, with more than 20 years of experience across planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery. Under his leadership, Alsal has grown significantly; he was recognized in 2013 for leadership in the industry.

Master’s in Construction Management (UT Arlington) and bachelor’s in civil engineering. With Alsal since 2015; experienced in interior renovations, restaurants, offices, and healthcare facilities with strong knowledge of state regulations.

Cost Estimator

Master’s in Civil Engineering (UT Arlington) with 8+ years in construction. Supports project budgeting, quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost forecasting with accuracy and clear analysis.

Leads day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, and schedule alignment. Focused on safe, efficient, high-quality results on every job site.
